Shipping policy

CHRISTINE MAREE MAHON ships from Tāneatua, Bay of Plenty to addresses throughout New Zealand. We do not ship to PO boxes outside New Zealand and we do not currently offer international delivery.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are packed the same day where stock allows. Every other order is packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Delivery estimates

Urban New Zealand addresses are usually reached in 1–3 business days after dispatch. Rural delivery, and addresses on the Chatham Islands or Stewart Island, take 2–5 business days. These are courier estimates, not guarantees; weather and network delays can add a day.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size of the parcel and the destination, before you confirm payment. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay; there are no handling fees added afterwards.

Tracking and delivery problems

If tracking has not moved for three business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, email support@lmlwtradelink.shop with the order number. We open a courier enquiry and keep you updated until it is resolved.
